How long does production take?

All pieces are made to order. Please allow 4–7 weeks from the date of your order for production and dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Can I cancel or return my order?

As all pieces are made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns. If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos and we will make it right.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
